Upcoming IPOs This Week (26 Oct–2 Nov): 9 Issues, Dates, GMP
Nine IPOs open for subscription this week, between 26 October and 2 November 2026 — five on the mainboard and four on the SME platform — together seeking about Rs 2,768 crore. The week is headlined by EAAA India Alternatives, which opened today, and closes with Bombay Coated and Special Steels, which runs into next Monday. Add in the listing of India's biggest-ever IPO, Jio Platforms, on 28 October, and this is one of the busiest primary-market weeks of the year.
This is the fourth edition of our weekly roundup. Unlike last week's edition, which was dominated by Jio and Paras Healthcare opening, every issue below is new: all nine open in this window, and none featured as an opening issue last week.

Mainboard IPOs opening this week
1. EAAA India Alternatives — opens today, 26 October
EAAA India Alternatives, the alternative investment platform backed by Edelweiss Financial Services, opened its Rs 1,200 crore IPO today and closes on 28 October. The issue is entirely an offer for sale by the Edelweiss Group, so the company itself receives no fresh proceeds. The price band is Rs 1,585–1,665 per share, valuing the company at about Rs 10,765 crore at the upper end. Anchor investors had already taken about Rs 360 crore ahead of the opening. The lot size is 9 shares, so the minimum retail application is Rs 14,985 at the upper band. Allotment is expected on 29 October, with listing tentatively on 2 November.
2. BLS Polymers — 27 to 29 October
BLS Polymers opens on 27 October with a Rs 255 crore issue that is entirely a fresh issue of 1.70 crore shares. The price band is Rs 142–150, the lot size is 100 shares, and the minimum application is Rs 15,000. About Rs 77.56 crore of the proceeds is earmarked for expanding its manufacturing facility and raising capacity, with Rs 89.5 crore for working capital and the balance for general corporate purposes. Listing is tentatively on 3 November.
3. SFC Environmental Technologies — 27 to 29 October
SFC Environmental Technologies, a wastewater treatment, recycling and solid-waste solutions provider, opens on 27 October. The Rs 667.53 crore issue combines a Rs 150 crore fresh issue with an offer for sale of up to 1.57 crore shares. The price band is Rs 313–330, the lot size is 45 shares, and the minimum application is Rs 14,850. Fresh-issue proceeds go toward debt repayment and working capital. Listing is tentatively on 3 November.
4. M.K. Sons Fine Jewels — 28 to 30 October
M.K. Sons Fine Jewels opens on 28 October. The total issue is Rs 330.48 crore, made up of a Rs 275.40 crore fresh issue of 1.36 crore shares plus an offer for sale of 34 lakh shares by promoter Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani. The price band is Rs 153–162, the lot size is 91 shares, and the minimum application is Rs 14,742. Proceeds fund inventory for a new Maharashtra showroom and an expanded Gujarat showroom, besides repaying some borrowings. Listing is tentatively on 4 November.
5. Bombay Coated and Special Steels — 29 October to 2 November
Bombay Coated and Special Steels opens on 29 October and is the only issue this week that runs into next week, closing on 2 November. It is a 100% fresh issue of Rs 183.06 crore, priced at Rs 78–82 per share, with a lot size of 182 shares and a minimum application of Rs 14,924. Listing is tentatively on 5 November. Ajwa Projects, a civil construction firm, opens on 28 October at a fixed price of Rs 203 per share. The issue size is Rs 38.05 crore and the lot size is 600 shares.

Antala Industries, a packaging company, opens on 29 October. The Rs 23.33 crore issue is priced at Rs 63–67 per share, with a lot size of 2,000 shares.
A reminder on SME issues: they carry higher liquidity and volatility risk than mainboard IPOs, and minimum application amounts are much larger because lot sizes run into hundreds or thousands of shares. Check the final prospectus for each issue before applying.
Grey market premium (GMP) snapshot — 26 October morning (unofficial)
GMP is unofficial, market-reported data. It moves during the day, differs between trackers, and is not a guarantee of listing gains.
| IPO | GMP (Rs, unofficial) | Implied premium vs upper band |
|---|---|---|
| BLS Polymers | 33 – 38 | About 22 – 25% |
| SFC Environmental Technologies | 21 – 32 | About 6 – 10% |
| Bombay Coated and Special Steels | 8 | About 10% |
| M.K. Sons Fine Jewels | 7 – 8 | About 4 – 5% |
| EAAA India Alternatives | 33 – 121 (trackers split widely) | About 2 – 7% |
| Wiscon / Ajwa / Carver / Antala (SME) | Not quoted / 0 | — |
BLS Polymers is the early grey-market leader of the week. EAAA's wide tracker range — from about Rs 33 to Rs 121 on the morning of 26 October — is a good example of why a single GMP quote should never be treated as a listing price.
The week's biggest event: Jio Platforms and Paras Healthcare list on 28 October
Both issues closed on 23 October, with allotment finalised today, 26 October. Jio Platforms, India's biggest-ever IPO at Rs 30,213 crore (Rs 1,065–1,119, lot 12), was subscribed about 22.19 times, and its grey market premium held around Rs 247–250 (about 22%) on allotment day. Paras Healthcare (Rs 1,450 crore, Rs 660–693, lot 21) was subscribed about 2.23 times, with a GMP of roughly Rs 9–12 (about 1–2%). Both list on BSE and NSE on Wednesday, 28 October — the same day EAAA closes and M.K. Sons opens, so expect a crowded news day. Our morning roundup today covered the allotment-day picture in detail: IPO GMP Today 26 Oct: Jio 22%, EAAA Opens, BLS Leads.

Conclusion
This week's slate is broader than last week's two-issue headline week: five mainboard issues across alternatives, polymers, environmental technology, jewellery and steel, plus four SME issues. BLS Polymers carries the strongest early grey-market signal, while EAAA is the week's largest issue by size. The listing to watch is Jio Platforms on 28 October — after a 22-times subscription, its debut will set the tone for the rest of the week's openings. As always, read the prospectus, check the lot size against your budget (especially for SME issues), and treat GMP as sentiment, not a promise.
