Upcoming IPOs This Week (2–8 Nov): 1 Opens, 13 List
After the blockbuster Jio Platforms debut last week, India's primary market cools down considerably in the week of 2–8 November 2026. Just one new IPO opens for subscription — SME issue Vedant Poly Fabs — and there is no new mainboard IPO opening at all. The real action this week is on the listing front: 13 companies, five from the mainboard and eight from the SME platforms, are scheduled to make their stock-market debuts, while six open issues close for bidding. Here is the complete week-ahead calendar, with dates, price bands, lot sizes, issue sizes and grey market premiums (GMP, unofficial).

The only new IPO opening: Vedant Poly Fabs (SME)
Vedant Poly Fabs, a Barasat (West Bengal)-based manufacturer of flexible packaging materials — multi-layer LD films, shrink films, barrier films, printed laminates and milk and oil pouches — opens its NSE Emerge IPO on Monday, 2 November and closes on Wednesday, 4 November. The company, incorporated in 2018, serves food-and-beverage and other consumer-goods customers on a business-to-business model, and reported an installed capacity of 8,850 tonnes a year in FY26 at 71.64% utilisation.
| Detail | Vedant Poly Fabs IPO |
|---|---|
| Issue size | ₹56.68 crore (₹51.01 crore fresh + ₹5.67 crore offer for sale) |
| Price band | ₹88–₹94 per share (face value ₹10) |
| Lot size | 1,200 shares; retail minimum 2 lots = 2,400 shares (₹2,25,600 at the top of the band) |
| Open / close | 2 November / 4 November 2026 |
| Allotment / listing | 5 November / 9 November 2026 (NSE SME, tentative) |
| Registrar | Cameo Corporate Services |
| GMP (unofficial) | Around ₹5–₹15 across trackers on 2 November morning — roughly 5–16% over the ₹94 upper band. GMP is unofficial, unregulated and can change quickly. |
Fresh-issue proceeds are earmarked mainly for incremental working capital (₹24.61 crore). Note the SME minimum ticket: at ₹2,25,600, this is not a small retail application, and SME listings tend to be far more volatile than mainboard debuts.

Maxwell Engineering was the strongest of the SME lot at about 4.67x on 30 October, while Antala lagged at about 0.82x, so its final-day subscription is worth watching. The standouts on grey-market signals are BLS Polymers and Maxwell Engineering, both indicated more than 40% above their upper price bands, while EAAA — the week's biggest listing by issue size — is indicated only a few percent up. GMP figures come from IPO trackers, are unofficial and unregulated, and often move sharply before listing; they are not a prediction of the listing price. Today's full GMP picture is in our IPO GMP Today (2 Nov) roundup.
Pipeline watch: SEBI clears four more IPOs
No new mainboard IPO has announced dates for this week, but the pipeline filled up in the last days of October. SEBI issued final observations during 27–30 October for four companies, clearing them to proceed towards launch:
- Atomberg Technologies — home-appliances maker; fresh issue up to ₹450 crore plus an offer for sale of 7.65 crore shares.
- Ratnadeep Retail — organised food and grocery retailer; fresh issue up to ₹400 crore plus an offer for sale of nearly 1.49 crore shares.
- GNI Infrastructure — construction and infrastructure; fresh issue of 2.10 crore shares plus an offer for sale of 93.88 lakh shares.
- Punjab Carbonic — liquid carbon dioxide producer; fresh issue of 60 lakh shares plus an offer for sale of 35 lakh shares.
Separately, Carlsberg India filed an updated draft prospectus dated 27 October for a pure offer-for-sale IPO of 8.64 crore shares, after SEBI cleared its confidential pre-filing earlier in October; media reports have pegged the deal at up to $700 million with a possible December launch, though no price band or dates have been announced. These are pipeline names to watch, not open issues — do not apply until dates and price bands are formally announced.

Which IPOs list this week?
Thirteen in total: EAAA India Alternatives on 2 Nov; BLS Polymers, SFC Environmental and Wiscon on 3 Nov; M.K. Sons, Ajwa Projects and Carver Roboweld on 4 Nov; Bombay Coated and Antala on 5 Nov; and Maxwell, Johnsoncab, Vectras and HGS (India) on 6 Nov. Dates are tentative pending exchange confirmation.

No. GMP is an unofficial, unregulated grey-market quote that reflects sentiment, not fundamentals. It can swing sharply and often diverges from the actual listing price, especially for SME issues.
Conclusion
This is a listing-heavy, opening-light week: one SME IPO to evaluate (Vedant Poly Fabs), six issues to catch on their final days, and 13 debuts to track — with BLS Polymers and Maxwell Engineering carrying the strongest grey-market signals. With four more companies freshly SEBI-cleared and Carlsberg India's updated DRHP in play, the pipeline for the rest of November looks busy even if this week itself is quiet. Check allotment status on the registrar's website or the exchange on the dates above, and watch our daily GMP roundups for the numbers as they move.
